He is the former public director of Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and currently serves as Chairman of Next Properties Private Limited and rem.work, Nepal's largest co-working space. He is also a director at Next Holdings Limited, Nepal Remedies Limited & Alpha Plus Ventures Limited. With an Executive MBA, he focuses on driving growth, delivering results, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships
Nirakaar Sharma
Director
Mr. Nirakaar Sharma is a director at Next Properties Private Limited, overseeing the development of a housing community in Deuba Chowk, Budhanilkantha. He is also the Director and Head of Finance at rem.work, Nepal's largest co-working space provider, serving multinational clients like Httpool, SMEC, DAI (USAID), FES (USAID), and Median (Alphabet Inc.). With a Bachelor's in Business Administration specializing in Banking and Insurance from Apex College, Mr. Sharma combines strong financial expertise with deep industry knowledge in his roles.
